Why hello there! My name is Jacque (pronounced “Jackie”). At heart, I am an anthropologist with an endless curiosity in humans. In practice, I am a UX Strategist with 5+ years leading end-to-end research, strategy, and design for enterprise clients across FinTech, HealthTech, EdTech, SaaS, and clean energy.
I studied International Relations with a focus in Anthropology at Boston University undergrad, and earned a masters in Strategic Communication Design from CU Boulder (home of Deion Sanders).
I have user experience across verticals like edtech, fintech, government, health tech, biotech, etc.
From working in those verticals, I have gained vast experience with a diversity of users including children (4th, 8th, and 12th grade), users with disabilities, and seniors.
I am a strategic problem solver with an unending interest in people, why they do what they do, and how to advocate for them in design.
